As the founder of Reintegration Wellness, Elise Guidry, FNP-C, PMHNP-C, is committed to helping individuals restore balance in both mind and body. With advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she brings a unique, integrative approach to care, one that bridges physical health, emotional well-being, and lifestyle support. Her goal is to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve lasting wellness from the inside out.
